Processing time:

Processing time can take up to 21 days after ordering. However, pieces are usually shipped within 14 days or less.

Estimated Shipping Times:

I’ll do my best to meet these shipping estimates but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on your shipping address. Your order will be sent by DHL, which is a fast option for international delivery. The estimated delivery time (for Europe and the US) is 2-5 business days.

Customs and import taxes:

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply and I am not responsible for delays due to customs.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

I accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations

Contact me within 14 days of delivery to begin the return/exchange process. You’ll be required to ship your item back within 30 days of delivery. To request a cancellation, contact me within 24 hours of purchase.

For your convenience, every listing contains a size chart and a video for your convenience.

Rings are in US sizes, and all bracelet sizes are measured in diameter
